Alistair was excited about this one. I let them make the table with me (I usually put it together after they go to sleep as a surprise for the morning). Alistair drew some “concert posters” and we set up our party light while playing music from the movie.

In the morning, I did surprise them with the Trix Trolls cereal. That alone nearly made their day! I got the Trolls Oreos too (but saved those for an after dinner snack).

Later, I made microphones for them out of toilet paper rolls and foil-covered tennis balls. Lydia’s lasted about 5 seconds before she torn it open to see inside. That girl can’t stand a mystery!

Alistair made his own King Trollex costume, and Lydia wore her Trolls dress. I put her hair in a high ponytail with matching Trolls bow, but it didn’t last long either. She’s all about comfort and didn’t care for having her hair tied up.

Finally, how can you have Trolls day without watching the movie?! Alistair loved it!
